Massed Youth Harmony Orchestra Basel Region

The Massed Youth Harmony Orchestra will be formed by juvenile orchestras (or parts of them) and music schools of the region (Switzerland, Germany and France).

On Saturday 11 July 2009 the Massed Youth Harmony Orchestra will participate in a dress rehearsal parade in Saint Louis and Loerrach.

Repertoire: Basler March, Baselbieter March, Baden Song, To My Alsace

These performances are intended as a contribution of Basel Pipefest 2009 to our our neighbouring towns. Furthermore we say thank you to their mayors for their support in the paatronage committee. In addition we except good advertising prospects.

All orchestras will receive the same music.

If available participants will wear their ancestral uniforms. Groups that do not own uniforms can get the official pipefest T-shirt.
